DimDim, the best web conferencing tool for teachers

We are going to talk about this web application soon in a coming issue of our magazine with more detail. But, you can visit this website and have a look at this revolutionary and state-of-the-art tool for teachers. You can deliver presentations, webinars and lessons to your students using your webcam  or just by showing slideshows and documents from your own desktop! You can also schedule meetings and get your audience to register online through well-designed and user-friendly widgets. And a lot more on

  1. Thanks for this. Would love to see your coverage of Dimdim in your magazine when it comes out.

  2. I want to suggest you try - its an alternative tool for dimdim that allows document sharing and web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.

  3. Conferencing software is the latest in global communication. The costs to any company can be cut dramatically in using this kind of tool. I use conferencing software and it has changed the way I do business online. I highly recommend this as a major step forward with any business, large or small.

  4. Nice post. DimDim is a quality open source web conferencing service, but unfortunately it’s closed now. WebEx and Gotomeeting are two quality web conferencing services; however, they are expensive as compared to others. If you want something cheap, then try using GoMeetNow, which costs only $12.95 / month, next to free.
