I want to suggest you try http://www.showdocument.com - its an alternative tool for dimdim that allows document sharing and web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.

Here, we post great books for teachers.
This month's favorite is :"Targeting English Assessment: Upper primary" By Lynne Sung. This book has excellent resource pages including reading comprehension worksheets, listening and writing activities, etc.. It is definitely worth having a look at!
